Bodywork Services

$90 for 60 Minutes - $120 for 90 Minutes

I do provide a discounted rate for my current Medicaid - doula clients. This includes body work for baby and both parents. Please reach out with any questions.

These appointments are booked at my office in Port Angeles Washington.

Prenatal Massage

$120 for 60 Minutes-$160 for 90 Minutes

I do provide a discounted rate for prenatal and home bound clients. There is additional discounts for Medicaid doula clients.

I serve Kitsap and Jefferson County for In-Home Clients.

In-Home Massage

Custom Massage

$90 for 60 Minutes- $120 for 90 Minutes

I provide customized massage for each individual. My style incorporates traditional Swedish and Deep Tissue as well as Thai, Sports, Acupressure, and other modalities to help you reach your bodywork goals.

Doula services

-WA state Apple Health (Medicaid) has recently began covering birth doula services. This support includes a 2-hr prenatal intake. Where we will go over contracts, birth preferences, and how we can best support your goals and recovery as well as connect with resources you may benefit from.

-For Non-Medicaid Clients, We can customize this session as we see fit. Appointments range times can range from 90 minutes - 3 hours.

Prenatal Intake

-I will provide continuous labor support. Meaning, I will join you when active labor begins, and stay with you up until 1-2 hours after you’ve given birth. If you feel you need support prior to the active stage of labor we will customize a plan to best support your birthing goals.

Labor and Delivery Support

-WA State Apple Health covers 1.5 hours of in-person postpartum support, as well as an additional 18.5 hours of support to be used either prenatally or postpartum. The additional 18.5 hours can be used in-person or virtually.

-For Non-Medicaid Clients, we will work together to create a plan to best support your pregnancy and recovery.

  • You can schedule one or more of our classes to be taught one-on-one with you and your support people. $400 for all 4 classes or $120 Each.

  • You can schedule one or more of these classes to be taught to you, your support people and 2-3 other families. These can be taught in your location of choice or in office as schedule permits.

I offer a sliding scale and payment plans for all doula services and childbirth education. As well as discounted bodywork rates for all current doula clients. These rates will remain in effect until you’ve reached 1 year postpartum.

For all In-office and In-home bodywork, Please use our online booking links. All In-office Massages are at my Port Angeles Massage Office. In-home bodywork, is available in Jefferson and North Kitsap Counties. Intake forms will be sent via email and must be completed prior to your appointment.

For Free Phone Consultation, Please use online booking, and expect these to be 15-30 minutes. Once we’ve decided to work together, we will schedule your services and email you any paperwork that is needed.

Our Mission and Teachings

As an Indigenous Birthkeeper, my mission is to empower, educate and support families as they welcome a new member into their world. I am a mother of five and auntie to many. I opened Sun-A-Do Wellness in 2019 where I specialize in prental and post partum bodywork. I have expanded my practice to drive the change I wish to see in the birth world. My passion lies in working with blended families, home births, twins/multiples, NICU, teen parents and ICWA foster families- areas i have personally experienced and am eager to help other navigate. This work enables me to advocate for fewer unnecessary interventions and promote safer birth outcomes for families most vulnerable to disparities.
